Where can I park?
You can park along the railroad tracks but Valet parking will be available very soon.
What type of attire should I wear?
This is a relaxed environment and we want our guests to be comfortable, but we ask our guests to dress in an upscale or jazzy/business casual attire. Please, no athletic wear, ball caps or tennis shoes.
Is there a cover charge?
Yes. On Wednesday and Thursday, it is $10 after 6 pm. Friday: $10 after 7pm; Saturday: $15 after 6pm
Is there a drink minimum?
Yes, there's a 1 drink, 1 meal minimum
Do you have vegetarian offerings?
Of course! We'd like to encourage you to view the menu, prior to visiting, for our current vegetarian and vegan choices.
How loud are the performances?
The simple answer is that the closer you are to the stage, the louder the instruments and music will sound. NYSW does use special equipment to achieve the best possible sound in the lounge, though certain instruments such as the trumpet and saxophone will sound much louder in the pit area.
Do you take reservations?
We only take reservations for parties of 10 or more.
Why do you have cover charges?
For us to be able to afford the extraordinary level of talent that graces our stage, we often need to charge a cover charge. Cover charges are usually around $10 but may go up depending on the size of the band and the performer.
Is there an age requirement?
Our atmosphere is conducive for adults 25 years or older. However, the minimum age requirement is 21. Children are not permitted in the venue, even when accompanied by an adult.
